The foundation of our custody offering is the Bitcoin Suisse Vault architecture. We protect your assets through a combination of cryptographic and physical security measures, fully redundant backup hardware, stringent data management practices, and independent audit and review.
Many eyes ensure the quality and reliability of the Vault. Our rigorous internal processes receive an annual ISAE 3402 Type 2 quality assurance audit conducted by PwC. In addition, our source code has been audited by Zühlke, with penetration testing by Compass Security.

Storing crypto can be complex, involving wallet software and highly sensitive private keys. Based on the foundation of our Vault architecture, our Crypto Account combines convenience and accessibility, with robust security. We manage all backend blockchain processes for you, enabling you to conveniently manage your holdings via your relationship manager or online account.

You can rest assured that all crypto assets are either fully segregated and bankruptcy remote, or covered by a bank guarantee issued by a Swiss bank. How to Secure Your Crypto Assets With Us
To store your crypto assets with us, simply follow the three steps below.
Add funds and buy crypto assets
Fund your account using a bank transfer or crypto transaction. If you fund your account with fiat, click on “Trade” from the portfolio view to buy crypto assets.
Move your crypto assets to your chosen custody account.
Ask your relationship manager which type of custody account best suits your needs. By default, your clients’ crypto asset portfolios will be held on Crypto Accounts. Should you wish, your relationship manager can establish one or more Vault Accounts where you can transfer some crypto assets.
