  • General Terms and Conditions

    Bitcoin Suisse (Europe) AG provides services in connection with crypto assets and related investment products. These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) govern the business relationship between You (Client) and Bitcoin Suisse (Europe) AG, unless otherwise agreed individually between the Client and BTCS (Business Relationship).

  • Terms of Use

    The Bitcoin Suisse Group, including any of its group companies (BTCS, We, Us), maintains various websites and mobile applications to communicate with clients, website visitors, and the general public (You) and to provide clients with the means to interact with BTCS when they request services and products from Us (together the BTCS Online Platforms).

  • Privacy Notice

    Data protection and data security are important to the Bitcoin Suisse Group. This Privacy Notice applies when Personal Data that concern you (hereinafter “you” and “your”) is processed by a Group Entity as defined in Section 18 (individually referred to as “BTCS”; “we”; “our”; “us”). We process your Personal Data responsibly.

  • Withdrawal Form

    In accordance with Article 4 of the Liechtenstein Consumer Protection Act (Konsumentenschutzgesetz, KSchG) and Section 24 of the General Terms and Conditions of Bitcoin Suisse (Europe) AG (GTC EU), clients who are “consumers” within the meaning of the KschG have a right to withdraw from all or part of the Business Relationship without giving any reason within 14 days since conclusion of the agreement, receipt of goods, or receipt of this information (whichever is later).

  • Staking Terms and Conditions

    These Staking Terms and Conditions (“Staking Terms”), the GTC, the PoS blockchain protocol-specific Staking Terms Annex (individually an “Annex”, collectively the “Annexes”) and the brochure “Special Risks of Digital Assets” shall govern the rights and obligations between the Client and BTCS (individually a “Party”, collectively the “Parties”) in connection with the Staking Services, and together constitute the Staking Services agreement between the Parties (“Staking Agreement”).

    This Custody Policy Summary (the Summary) describes the measures that Bitcoin Suisse (Europe) AG (BTCS EU, We, Us, or Our) adopts to safeguard the Crypto Assets that belong to clients (Client, You, or Your).

  • Regulatory Notice

    This Regulatory Notice provides mandatory information about Bitcoin Suisse (Europe) AG (the “Company”) in its capacity as an authorized crypto-asset service provider, published in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2023/1114 (MiCAR) and its Liechtenstein implementing legislation.
