Zug; February 10, 2021 – Bitcoin Suisse, the leading crypto-financial services company based in Switzerland, today announced its role as an exclusive fundraising partner to Swarm – supporting the successful completion of its private sale, totaling USD 6 million.
Swarm, which originated from the Ethereum foundation and has been in development for more than four years, aims to become a worldwide distributed storage platform and content distribution service. The completion of its private sale represents a major step forward for Swarm: The funds secured will enable it to release its version 1.0 aimed to launch in Q2 2021 as it works towards its goal of building a global, Ethereum-based computer for peer-to-peer communication and decentralized storage.
The private sale was conducted through Bitcoin Suisse, leveraging its extensive experience in digital assets capital markets and token sales as well as its strong client network.
