The Bitcoin Suisse General Assembly 2018 was held Wednesday, 26 June 2019. Some 98% of voting shareholders attended in person. The Chairman, CEO and CFO provided all shareholders with a detailed report on the past year – and took questions. The Board and Management Committee was then discharged for 2018 and the allocation of profits was approved, with some CHF 4.5 million being paid to shareholders in dividends (around 17% of after-tax earnings for 2018). Grant Thornton was re-elected as auditor for 2019.
