Timo Musiol joined Bitcoin Suisse Group in 2021 as Corporate Development Manager. In December 2021, he took over the role of Head of Corporate Development and Strategy and was responsible for corporate finance including investor relations and business planning, as well as corporate M&A and strategy. In October 2023, Timo was promoted to Chief Financial Officer. Before joining Bitcoin Suisse, Timo worked several years as an Investment Manager for direct investments in private equity at Zobel Values AG in Munich and at Gilde Buy Out Partners in Zurich where he managed several corporate M&A transactions.

Earlier in his career, he worked as an Equity Analyst for the IT and Telecom sectors at Vescore AG in Basel and Zurich. Timo holds a Master of Science in Physics from Karlsruhe Institute of Technology and holds the  Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
