Oliver Gehrig joined Bitcoin Suisse in January 2022 as Head of Business Management, where he was responsible in the Trading & Brokerage division for risk management, financial institution relationships, product and project management, and business development. In XX 2025, Oliver was appointed Chief Commercial Officer of Bitcoin Suisse (Europe) AG, where he now drives strategic growth, business expansion into Europe, and commercial partnerships.

Before joining Bitcoin Suisse, he served as Business Development & Treasury Manager at the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (ICBC) in Zurich, overseeing trading activities, business development strategies, and treasury portfolio management. Prior to that, he spent over a decade at Credit Suisse in Zurich and London, holding various senior roles in treasury and money markets. Oliver holds a Master of Advanced Studies in Finance from the University of Zurich and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Banking and Finance from ZHAW Zurich University of Applied Sciences.
