Patrick Heimann joined Bitcoin Suisse in April 2022 as Head of Business Management – COO Division, with the mission of integrating the BTCS IT landscape with a strategic, crypto-compatible core banking system, aiming to accelerate the firm’s global scalability. Concurrently, he established the Group Vendor Management Department and assumed responsibility for several key regulatory projects.

In May 2025, Patrick was promoted to Head of International Project Management, taking responsibility for driving the company’s global and domestic expansion across new markets. In January 2026, Patrick was appointed Chief Operating Officer of Bitcoin Suisse (Europe) AG, where he now oversees the firm’s product offering and operational excellence.

Before joining Bitcoin Suisse, Patrick spent five years at International Tax company Fidinam in Hong Kong, where he was employed as a Senior Relationship Manager overseeing an International Client Portfolio, managing Desk P/L, performing business development and cross-jurisdiction advisory activities across Switzerland, UAE, Vietnam, and Singapore.  

During this period, he also served as a board member and director at the Swiss Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong. Patrick holds a Master of Arts HSG in Business Innovation from the University of St. Gallen and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Business Administration from the University of Zurich.
