Roman Przibylla joined the Bitcoin Suisse Group in November 2025 as Chief Client Officer (CCO). In February 2026, he was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Bitcoin Suisse (Europe) AG. He is responsible for leading the global commercial strategy, expanding international distribution, and scaling the Group’s crypto financial services portfolio to new client segments. Roman brings more than 15 years of international leadership experience in structured products, ETFs, and digital sales. 

Before joining Bitcoin Suisse, Roman served as Member of the Executive Committee and Head of Sales & Public Distribution at Maverix Securities in Zurich, where he oversaw national and international distribution and marketing for structured products, and AMCs.

Prior to this, he led the sales team for structured products, AMCs and the platform deritrade to banks in Switzerland and Liechtenstein at Vontobel in Zurich and held various sales and distribution positions at HSBC in Düsseldorf as well as Commerzbank  and Deutsche Bank in Frankfurt, where he built and expanded different sales channels for certificates, leverage products, and ETFs across multiple markets. 

Roman studied business administration at the University of Cologne with a focus on finance. During his studies, he founded voola GmbH, a fintech specializing in semantic search technology for financial products.
