Jason Clark serves as a Member of the Board of Bitcoin Suisse (Middle East) Ltd. He is currently Managing Partner at CCHL LTD in the UAE, where he provides strategic advisory and project management services to institutional clients and family offices. His mandates encompass board and executive committee strategic advisory, investment policies, governance structures, risk management, and operational oversight across investment vehicles and professional service providers. Jason also acts as a licensed director at ADGM in Abu Dhabi, DIFC in Dubai, and in the Cayman Islands.

Previously, Jason held senior managing director positions at leading global financial institutions, including Global Head of Products & Services at FAB Group Private Banking & Elite Banking, Head of Global Investment Solutions at Barclays Private Bank, Head of Advisory & Sales for Central & Eastern Europe & Central Asia at Credit Suisse, and Global Head of Investment Product at Royal Bank of Scotland. Throughout his career, he has sat on boards of asset management and trust companies managing approximately USD 65 billion in combined client assets. Jason is a qualified Barrister, called to the Bar of England and Wales. He holds an LLM in Financial Services Law from the University of London, an MSc in Finance from London Business School, and an MA (Hons) in Geography from the University of St. Andrews.
