Crypto Certificates
The Bitcoin Suisse Crypto Certificates are easily transferable, high quality paper wallets which hold a private key that is concealed by multiple state of the art security features.
Secure Key Generation and Printing
The key pairs were generated and printed in an air gapped offline environment under the strict supervision of two Swiss based notaries.
Offline Medium of Storage
With the private key only existing physically on the certificate the assets are effectively stored 100% offline.
Tamper/Counterfeiting Resistant
The private key can by design only be exposed by physically damaging parts of the wallet to make it obvious for everyone that it has been exposed.
Offline Transactions
Bitcoin Suisse Crypto Certificates enable easy and fast offline transactions of crypto assets.
Description
The Bitcoin Suisse Crypto Certificates are paper wallets that are easily transferable, offline mediums of storage for blockchain based assets. They consist of an exposed public address and the corresponding private key hidden from sight by physical security measures. The private key can by design only be exposed by physically damaging parts of the certificate to make it obvious for everyone that it has been exposed. Available currencies include: Bitcoin (BTC), Ether (ETH), Bitcoin Cash (BCH), Bitcoin SV (BSV), Tezos (XTZ), Dai (DAI), Polkadot (DOT) and CryptoFranc (XCHF).
Security Features
Several state of the art security features ensure that the production of counterfeit bills and the extraction of the private key is not possible. A unique OVD (optically variable device / security hologram) that contains nano optical structures and security features such as nano and micro text, security guilloches, spectral line patterns, the Bitcoin Suisse Logo and more, is present on both sides of the certificate. The Nanocrypt® origination technology is the most advanced technique and is used to create unique security features, that are impossible to imitate using other optical origination techniques.
Design
The design of the Bitcoin Suisse Crypto Certificates pays homage to our origin: the Crypto Valley, based in Zug, Switzerland. Featured on the front side is Helvetia, the national personification of Switzerland, accompanied by alpine rose ornaments. The back side shows an illustration overlooking the Crypto Valley surrounded by 23 stars representing the Swiss cantons (excluding half cantons).
Key Generation and Production
Notary persons were present for the key generation, printing and further processing. They thoroughly documented the process, software and hardware used to generate and print the key pairs, including processing of unique security features, in notarized public deeds. The full public deeds can only be viewed upon request to protect the privacy of the involved staff.
